• When Seas is provided with camera-ready art in the form of a high resolution TIFF or EPS file at least 300 dpi at the actual size or bigger, there is no art set up charge. • The art for all name drops (front print, sleeve print & back print) is faxed or emailed for your written approval prior to printing. • Customized shirts are subject to print overruns or underruns of up to 5%
Front prints • 72 piece minimum per design. • The additional cost for a one colour-print is US$ 0.50 per shirt • Price for multiple colour prints on request. • Front prints are dropped within or directly adjacent to a design. We use one of the colours in the art so the name drop becomes a more integrated part of the design. Sometimes we have the option of replacing our title with your namedrop.
Back Prints and Sleeve Prints • 36 piece minimum per order, at least 4 pieces per design. We must be able to use the same ink colour to print a minimum of 36 shirts. • The cost is US$ 1.20 extra per shirt. • Turn around time on request. Back prints are printed on the back of the shirt. If more than one colour is desired for the backprint, then the minimum quantity per design and price will vary depending on the estimated effort necessary to achieve good reproduction. Sleeve prints are
dropped on the left sleeve of the shirt. SEAS uses either
light ink or dark ink for printing, depending on the colour
of the shirt to be printed. |

Minimums • 36 piece initial order, 6 pieces per design. • 12 piece minimum reorder, 4 pieces per design. All orders are subject to availability. Terms Terms are prepayment, upon delivery or credit card through Paypal payment services. International customers must pay by money order or bank wire transfer in foreign currency. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Customer agrees to pay all costs, including attorney fees, incurred in the collection of past-due accounts. Special Handling Folding, tagging, banding, and/or bagging are provided by SEAS for an additional charge. Shipping SEAS ships registered mail unless otherwise instructed. FOB, Paramaribo, Suriname. Freight is prepaid and is added to the invoice. Product Guarantee SEAS guarantees all work and materials against defects caused during manufacturing. We use top quality SEAS designs garments. Slight colour or size variances may occur due to different dye lots, shirt styles, or manufacturers’ accepted tolerances, and are not considered to be defects by SEAS. Returns and Claims All shortages must be reported to SEAS within 10 days after receipt of goods. A return authorisation number must be obtained from SEAS before returning any item, and must be noted on the outside of the return shipping box. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded. Authorised returns of first quality stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Front prints, sleeve prints and back prints are customised garments and are not returnable to SEAS unless there are manufacturing defects.
